AA Garage Door Repair Services – Real Testimonials from Real Customers

…seconds to diagnose the issue, told me how much it would be, and said it would take 20 minutes. The only issue that I had is that I had originally called at 8:30PM the night before, because their website says 24/7 service and same fair price whether it's noon or midnight. That promise is why I called in the first place. The person that answered at 8:30PM said it's not the same price as they have after hours rates. I told him his website says same price and he tried telling me that the website does not say that. I told him, I'm looking at it right now and I read it word for word as shown in the attached screenshot. Instead of honoring what the company advertised, he said he will have to get someone to change the website and said unless I wanted to pay after hour rates, I would need to set an appointment for the next day, which I proceeded to do.

…made sure everything worked perfectly! Highly recommend!!

…Wouldn't go with any other guy, keep up the good work Shawn.

…listed on their website. So much cheaper than other companies. No upcharges or sales conversations. The Technician, Kareem was awesome. He completed the service quickly and everything was back to new. I received text updates regarding the appointment. It was a fantastic experience. I have used other services and I am so glad that I switched to AA Garage Door.

…When I had an issue with the door a few weeks later, came to inspect the next morning and repaired. Would recommend

…said he’d come out and take a look, but said I probably didn’t need the springs replaced. He came yesterday, gave me an estimate of $240 and said he didn’t have the part I needed but he could come back with it tomorrow. Shawn came today, replaced the travel modulator and I’m back in business. Cost me even less than the $240. No need to get multiple estimates, just call AA GARAGE! Honest, timely and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
